Abstract
The shift from conventional to digital learning models has increased the need for methods that maintain educational quality while offering flexibility. Hybrid learning, which combines face-to-face and online instruction, addresses this need but requires continuous evaluation to ensure student satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of hybrid learning methods on student satisfaction at Universitas Sari Mulia and identify the most influential service quality factors. A quantitative approach was applied using a SERVQUAL-based questionnaire covering five dimensions—Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Data from 325 respondents were analyzed using the Decision Tree algorithm to classify satisfaction levels and reveal key patterns. The results show that most students are satisfied, with Assurance and Reliability identified as dominant factors influencing satisfaction. The Decision Tree model achieved an accuracy of 82%, offering clear and interpretable insights into the relationship between service quality and satisfaction. The findings emphasize that lecturer–student interaction, consistent teaching delivery, and responsiveness are vital to hybrid learning success. This study contributes a data-driven framework that enhances institutional understanding of learning quality in the digital era. Unlike traditional evaluation methods, the proposed model combines technological and human-centered aspects, offering a more comprehensive approach to improving hybrid learning effectiveness.
