Abstract

Pemesanan lapangan badminton di Gor Jabal Rahmah Kota Banjarmasin masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang esien dan tidak memberikan pengalaman yang optimal bagi pelanggan. Oleh karena, itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi pemesanan online yang menciptakan (Value Creation). Untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemesanan online pada Gor Jabal Rahmah dengan metode value creation, serta menganalisisdampak penerapan sistem terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi value creation yaitu efciency (tidak mesan ketempat), complementary (paket bundling: mesan 2 jam dapat 1 botol aqua 500 ml dan mesan 3 atau selebihnya dapat 2 botol aqua 500 ml), lock-in (member tetap), dan novelty (sistem baru yang main menggunakan manual menjadi sistem online). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem berbasis UML (unied Modeling Language) dan diuji menggunakan Smart PLS untuk menganalisis hubungan antar 4 faktor value creation dengan sistem online. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner dari pengguna yang telah menggunakan sistem baru tersebut. Menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemesanan online berhasil meningkatkan esiensi dengan peningkatan pemesanan dan pendapatan pada bulan pertama implementasi dibandingkan debfab bulan sebelumnya. Namun, dari 4 faktor value creation yang diuji hanya lock-in yang berpengaruh signikan terhadap value creation dengan P value sebesar 0,02 (2%). Sistem online di Gor Jabal Rahmah memeberikan dampak positif terhadap esiensi dan faktor lock-in, namun faktor efciency, complementary, dan novelty tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signikan terhadap value creation. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem online ini memudahkan pemesanan.Kata kunci: pencipta nilai, pemesanan online, realibilitas, sistem informasi, validitas Abstract - The booking of badminton courts at Gor jabal Rahmah in Banjarmasin City is still done manually, which is inefcient and does not provide an optimal experience for customers. Therefore, an online booking information system is needed that can create value (value creation). To develop and implement an online booking system at Gor Jabal Rahmah using the value creation method and to analyze the impact of the system on the factors inuencing value creation, namely efciency (no need to book on-site), complementary (bundle packages: book 2 hours and get 1 bottle of 500 ml Aqua, and book 3 or more hours and get 2 bottles of 500 ml Aqua), lock-in (loyal membership), and novelty (transforming the manual system into an online system). This study employs a system development method based on UML (Unied Modeling Language) and is tested using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to analyze the relationship between the four value creation factors and the online booking system. Data is collected through observations and questionnaires from users who have used the system. The results indicate that the online booking system successfully improved efciency, with an increase in bookings and revenue in the rst month of implementation compared to the previous month. However, of the four value creation factors tested, only lock-in had a signicant impact on value creation, with a P-value of 0.02 (2%). The online system at Gor Jabal Rahmah has a positive impact on efciency and the lock-in factor, but the factors of efciency, complementary, and novelty do not show a signicant inuence on value creation.
